How did the youth leaders contribute to the project?

They were involved at different stages of the project, of which five main ones can be identified:

1) Planning - youth leaders during the meeting with the project manager
made an analysis of their skills in the foundation, in particular those they would like to acquire and the areas in which they would like to work in the future. They also had to indicate one working method they used in Poland that they would like to share with Portuguese youth leaders - on this basis they created goals
and an action plan.

2) Preparation - youth leaders were divided into five groups, each of which was given a specific task (marketing activities, practical aspects, writing applications, conducting workshops, logistic aspects) - this allowed to plan the management of the project.

3) Implementation - most activities were based on peer learning methods
and experience sharing. This means that young people worked together to share their experiences and develop their ideas further.

4) Evaluation - each day the youth leaders had time to reflect. It made it possible
it is for the team to evaluate the activities and make sure that the expected results have been achieved. With the help of a moderator, the young people assessed their knowledge
and will receive a YouthPass certificate confirming the acquired skills and achieved results.
