We implement projects at My Future using the "learning by doing" method and learning through experience. The activities are aimed at young people studying in high school/technical school/at the beginning of their studies who would like to develop their skills. The possibility of participation depends on the type of project, so we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our projects below.

ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT
Develop your soft skills through physical activity.
Soft skills are extremely important in the job market. Research confirms that the development of these skills are possible through physical activities and sports. Find out how you can develop your competences with the Active Development project.
CAREER KICK OFF
Prepare yourself to enter the job market and improve your language skills.
The CAREER KICK OFF project is a 10-day workshop for young people, organized by youth leaders from Poland, Germany and Greece. The aim of the project is to improve the soft skills needed to enter the job market, such as communication, negotiation, and time management. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create their first CV, prepare for a job interview, and learn about the possibilities of LinkedIn, CANVA and other tools.
FEP WORKSHOPS
Develop soft skills, as well as meet managers and peers
from other companies and schools.
FEP (Future Entrepreneurs of Poland) is an informal education program in the form of workshops emphasizing the development of soft skills (establishing contacts, presenting in front of an audience, negotiating, working in a group, time management, self-presentation, etc.) The workshops are aimed at high school, technical and vocational school students from all over Poland. The project is implemented in cooperation with local and international companies in English and Polish.
