TO MORE OF WHAT MATTERS
programm training for volunteers

2019-2020

The main goal of the projectTO MORE OF WHAT MATTERSwas to increase social entrepreneurship skills among future volunteers. As part of the project, international partners, based on a pilot project, created an e-guide - containing important stages of volunteer training. The guide is innovative because it is account-based“youth to youth”(“youth for young people”) and  “learning by doing”.

2019-2020

The training consisted of a theoretical part, which explained to young people the basic principles of social capital, networking, building bonds, the importance of soft skills, etc. and a practical part, where the participants of the training saw how to organize a large event, which is the FEP Workshop._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_

The first part of the DO MORE OF WHAT MATTERS training took place
in Jedlni-Letnisko, on February 29-01, 2020. The training was aimed at introducing the recruited ambassadors to the basics of
soft skills and the process of acquiring new competences.

The second part of the training took place in Copenhagen on November 1-6, 2021, where the ambassadors recalled the values they learned during the training
in Jedlnia-Letnisko. They also gained practical knowledge about team motivation and how to organize group work.

2019-2020

After the theoretical parts, all the acquired knowledge was used
In
practice, when on January 21-23, 2022, volunteers together with mentors organized a social initiative of FEP Entrepreneurship Workshops for their peers and younger participants, in accordance with
with the project principles: “youth to youth” and   “learning by doing” (“learning by doing”).
